Position

Responsibilities
I help assist customers with their daily financial needs. I also support customers by helping them accomplish their current and future financial goals.
Education
I graduated from Pella High School in 2014. I graduated from Central College with Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 2018. I have also received certification for Teaching English as a Second Oral Language (TESOL) in 2022 prior to teaching abroad in South Korea.
Why I love working at Leighton State Bank
I love working at LSB because of the way they support their employees professionally and personally. I’m given opportunities to grow in my role daily. The work we do as a team shows how much we care for our customers! I love working with all sorts of different people and making connections with everyone.
Favorite way LSB gives back
Whether it’s at Tulip Time, Old Settlers, Leighton 4th of July, or the Marion County Fair, LSB puts in several hours of volunteer time for our local communities. I appreciate that LSB provides time for employees to participate in local events and serve the community.
Hobbies/Family
I have lived in the Pella area my whole life, aside from teaching abroad, and really enjoy living in this community. I enjoy traveling to different states or outside of the U.S. (13 countries so far), writing in my travel blog, playing my steel drum, cooking and baking, singing, gaming with friends and family, and playing pickleball and softball when the weather warms up.
