Rules: Winner must be 16 years or older. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of participants involved. The spot will be reserved from 8:00 am on Thursday, May 7, until Sunday, May 10. The parking spot is non-transferable. One license plate will be associated with the parking spot, violators will be towed.
